Spirit can be good if you have mana troubles.
Agreed. There's no straight saying what's better and what's not. Get spirit if you feel you need more mana regen, get SP if you don't. Since druids rarely do have issues with mana I suggest the SP one.

45 spirit is only about 7 healing power in ToL. The benefit to spirit that it will increase your mana regen and thereby your effective mana pool. 63 spell power is just that, 63 spell power, plus it is a very expensive enchant.
When it comes down to it, in a healing intensive fight where you spamming heals, having more spirit is better then more spell power because more spell power won't help you heal longer while more spirit will.
