I will update this guide once I progress more through cataclysm
First of all, I want to say that Cataclysm healing is VERY different from WOTLK healing. Meaning you cant mindlessly spam chain heals anymore-this will make you go oom pretty quickly. You now have to know spell to use in what situation.
This is the build I am using and it seems pretty good for heroics:

Tidal FocusPretty obvious, less mana spent, more heals you can cast
Spark of LifeThe bigger your heals are, the faster your target's HP will go up
Improved Water ShieldMore mana regen
Totemic FocusYou won't have to keep resummoning the totems and you wont have to spend more mana on them
Nature's GuardianFiller talent, the best I could get to move on to the next tier
Ancestral HealingMakes your target take less damage, pretty straightforward
Nature's SwiftnessAn instant heal every 2 minutes. Why wouldn't you take this?
Nature's BlessingMore heals on your Earth Shielded Target
Soothing RainsYour AOE heals will heal for more
Improved Cleanse SpiritWithout this, your cleanse spirit only decurses the target, this will also remove magic debuffs
Cleansing WatersThis will help heal your target if you dispelled a DOT from them which made them take some damage
Ancestral AwakeningA free heal, this is awesome for raid healing
Mana Tide TotemUse it when you're oom during fights
Tidal WavesWithout this spell, you are doing it wrong
Blessing of the EternalsGives a HOT to a target that's low on HP
RiptideNeed I say anything about this?
Elemental WeaponsIncreased healing with Earthliving Weapon and Unleash Elements
Improved ShieldsMore heals on your Earth Shielded target
AcuityIncreased chance to crit with heals

What are the heals you have and what are their uses?
Healing Wave-This is your new lesser healing wave and this is what you will be spamming most of the time
Greater Healing Wave-A healing wave that costs more mana, and heals for more. Same cast time as healing wave. Use this instead of healing wave in the rotation if you need a bigger heal. (Rotation after these spells)
Chain heal-A good heal for healing multiple targets, but you don't spam it like in WOTLK anymore. You will only use this mostly in the rotation. This triggers Tidal Waves
Riptide-I cant explain how awesome this spell is. This is the first spell you will be using in the rotation because it triggers Tidal Waves.
Healing Surge-I don't use this spell very often. I only use it when the tank suddenly gets really low HP. Costs almost the same amount of mana as Greater Healing Wave and heals for around as much and has a faster cast time. This will be one of your panic buttons by spamming it 4-5 times once your target is back to full HP and you continue with your rotation
Earth Shield-Always keep this up on your tank. It really helps healing the tank a lot.
Healing Rain-Haven't used this a lot because I always keep Healing Stream on. Best time to use this is in raids in front of a boss or where a lot of stacked people will be taking damage at the same time
Cleanse Spirit-Use it when anyone has a magic or curse debuff
Unleash Elements-An extra instant heal. Doesn't heal for much but the buff it gives will give you a bigger heal
Earthliving-A nice HOT to help you get more targets back up faster

Notes on this rotation:
-You can insert Unleash Elements anywhere in this rotation
-When you need to, replace the healing waves with greater healing wave for bigger heals.
-With this rotation you won't go oom pretty quickly and you can heal pretty efficiently
Why this rotation?
Tidal Waves causes Healing Wave and Greater Healing wave to have a faster cast time and bigger heals. This has 2 charges so you cast 2 (greater) healing waves and then a chain heal. Tidal Waves is triggered by Riptide and Chain Heal.

Totems to use in normal fights:
Stoneskin Totem-Gives more armor to everyone, thus making them take less damage so you don't have to heal for as much
Flametongue Totem-Increases spell power, which gives bigger heals
Healing Stream Totem-AOE heal. With the glyph, you also increase resistance Fire, Frost, and Nature
Wrath of Air Totem-Increased spell haste. You cast heals faster.
Other totems I use:
Tremor Totem-Use in fights where there is an AOE fear
Mana Tide Totem-Use if you are in danger of becoming OOM in the middle of a fight. If you are at around 50-70% mana and you are sure you will go oom, use it already so you can use it again later on in the fight

Prime Glyphs:
Glyph of Earth Shield-More heals on your Earth Shielded target
Glyph of Water Shield-More mana regen
Glyph of Riptide-Your riptide will stay on your target for longer
Major Glyphs:
Glyph of Healing Wave-You also heal yourself for a small amount your healing wave heals. Helps when you are in a fight where everyone takes damage
Glyph of Healing Stream Totem-Increased resistance to Fire, Frost and Nature. This puts your Healing Stream and Elemental Resistance totem into one.
Glyph of Chain Heal-This decreases the heal on your primary target but you heal more on the other targets. This is good for raid healing.
For the minor glyphs, you can take any but the one I can say that you SHOULD take is the
Glyph of Renewed Life because you won't have to buy any more reagents and you have more bag space.
