350 hit... way too high. You only need 8%.
3.3k self buffed AP? You should be around this without buffs, including your own.
30% crit is around right.

Enchant for AP (stats to chest, icewalker to booties), gem for strength. Beserking on your weapon or if this is too expensive then opt for whatever AP enchant you can afford (+85 is quite cheap).

SoB is the best seal (most damage and gives you back mana from receiving heals), SoComm if you really can't afford the recoil damage but healers should not have an issue with this (some exceptions are Loetheb where healing can become tight towards the end and pay attention on Gluth so that you don't kill yourself during Decimate).
