For leveling quickly, I used a mix of Holy & Disc talents. I know a lot of people prefer to level as Shadow, but a DPS-focused Disc/Holy build worked really well. I made sure to have 3/3 Spirit Tap, went Holy through Surge of Light, then put everything else into Disc talents that helped me out when soloing.
I stuck with quests mostly... if I saw a group that needed a healer for a dungeon I'd join them, but there seems to be fewer groups for the 70-79 dungeons on my server than there were when I was leveling my priest. There's plenty of group quests that give great rewards, and the rep you get from the quests helps toward some nice rep rewards.
