Well, a while ago you could get the Aldor/Scryer Revered/Exalted shoulder 'enchant' and using mail or trade and server delay you had a slight chance to be able to actually enchant the level 19 armor with the enchant even though the enchant required Item level 35.
I've heard that Blizzard fixed this so no more haxing!
