How about you try hemorage. Quick CP generation and it works well with Swords, 0/31/30. Example for this is
Destram - Killer Instinct
. Watched it this morning and liked it a lot.

This is the build that I use on my rogue. The only difference is that my rogue prefers fist weapons over swords. That was just an east 5 point switch. This is a high output burst damage build, I use it for arenas mostly, tends to do pretty decently in raiding.

mace spec is sick for pvp...played 2 combat mace rogues the other day and we basically got stunlocked+stunned to death.
