Why not simply go 9696x6 (where x is where you would normally place Consecration)? You're keying all of your abilities when they clear CD, so you're doing maximum threat with the exception of that you would normally achieve through Consecration.
Its certainly a lot more mana-efficient on bosses and single targets.

Bah, you had to go and post on it. I went back and thought about it, realized it was pointless, that taking out consecration from the original rotation was better, went to go and delete this post, and now I can't cause you replied on there.
Lol, oh well.
Edit: So ignore this post people. Just take consecration out of the 96969 rotation and it will be the same thing
