Yeah- weird. I've got my whole house routed and wireless and play WoW on two laptops on that wireless network at the same time. Sure things get slower but the difference between hardwire and my wireless is insignificant. Pony up for a good router- I guess. But again you don't mention details, just anger.

I've been having frequent DCes from my internet because of the %^&*ing router!
2 hours it can be fine but suddenly im getting DCed every 10th minute >_<
And this router aint that old just maybe 6 months, the last router broke after 6 months to.
Like wtf? Do i have to buy a router every 6th month?
I've been blowing the holes from dust, letting it cool off, restarted it, reset it and the @#$%s. It's just a matter of time before it ends up like my last router and won't work at all!
(and the only computer store in our little town closed 15 minutes ago -___-, don't wanna drive for 1 hour back and forth just to buy a router at the mall x_x)
^&*! routers! Isn't there any other $%^& i could buy that actually doesn't brake after 6 months? i'm not buying anything wireless tho, since it slows down things like @#$%? (or so i've heard)
&*!@ routers! And that's the end of my rant (sorry for the harsh language).
That was... beautiful...

Make sure all your wires are securely fastened and not frayed at any point.
Really, it sounds like overheating. You had the thing in a box. I've had cheap routers overheat just by placing a stack of paper on top of them.
