why are there almost 0 runemasters in gameUm, there's not? All across Northrend, you saw Iron Dwarf Runemasters.

No because using runes for magic is not practiced by any being outside of northrend and even those are limited to the vrykul and iron dwarfs and the magnataur.
Edit: actually i forgot about the ogre magi from the second war that used runes. Although that may have died out or only a few left still use them.
