OK I almost have a max lvl DK and been wanting to make some BG twinks for a while. I assume getting gear from instances for twinks is done by using your main character to run your twink to be thru instances till targeted gear is aquired. Will I be able to run 2 copies of WoW at once with only 3 Gigs of RAM and a GeForce 9600GT?

Yeah, you should have no problem with that.
But you don't need to have two accounts to do twinking stuff.
