Sorry, that character isn't eligible to be resurrected (possibly they haven't been inactive for 90 days or more).
(This is on US Server btw)

When did your account become frozen? The 90-day "grace" period starts after your account is frozen.

what does the scroll of Resurrection do?
This thread was the 2nd time I saw a request for a Scroll of Resurrection so I was curious what it did. It gives a free 10 day "trial" to the receiving end. If receiver decides to continue and pay, the caster of the SoR will get a month free! (please correct me if I'm wrong)
