Talents: WotLB, Reck and RoL are all higher TPS than JotP.
Glyph: pick up kings
Gear/Gem/Enchants: less hit and expertise (I see a wrist enchant there)
You have plenty of places to reforge into dodge/mastery/parry.
Check stickies, YJMark has a prot paladin guide, I have some in the FAQ, etc.

You're not spell capped, but it doesn't matter.
Taunt doesn't miss so it doesn't matter anymore, if you lose aggro, just taunt for 100% guaranteed threat.
