Someone linked me
this build which uses Seal of Command, all the while speccing for improved one-handed damage.
My question is, has anyone any experience PvPing with SoC on a one-hander? Do you find it gives additional burst damage, or is it merely "pressure"?
The reason I'm asking is that I think it's a similar situation with enhancement shamans, speccing for two-handers. Most PvP shamans would say that the odd windfury proc comes around too seldomly for it to be worth it.
A one-handed Seal of Command might be similar, but different in that it might be considered less valuable for a one-hander since instant attack talents favor slow weapons.
Although, there might be something to be said for Improved Hammer of Justice and guaranteed crits off of Seal of Command.
That leads me to another question, can Seal of Command proc off of additional strikes coming from Reckoning? If so, would speccing for that be worth it in this mix?
