Hmm I surpirzed you don't have an Golbin Eng. instead of two GNomes so that you have there pets/mount.
I understand that you want a good profession for more GPH. With you already having Mining and its a gathering profession I would say to take up Herbilism. To help off-set aution house mats cost. I know on my server is ether equall to or less then raw mats to make items. So the only good sellers are Gems,Metal, and Potions. (But every server is different) (Herbs on my server go for around 70+ for the MoP ones.)
An other good choice would be Enchanting. Your daily Sha Crystal cd should more then double the mats cost when you sell it. Or use it to scroll an Enchant.
So from want I see Herbilsm or Enchanting would be your best bet.

Honestly, I would probably go Engineering for "selfish" benefits...if you're rich enough anyways.
