I would think you could simply fly back up onto the gunship and start that trip anew...if not:

If you are in Stormwind or Orgrimmar go to the ballon near all the zone portals, there is a portal going to Pandaria. Once there you should be able to run down to the landing area we parachuted to from the gunship and get the first quest there...

If you are in Pandaria now, there is a portal going back to Stormwind/Orgrimmar that is maintained close to the first flight point.

There is a teleporter right below the vessel. Just look around.

I made the mistake of hearthing back. It cost me a lot in terms of getting to 90 quickly.
