I'm not sure if this was covered already, but I'm gonna post it anyway.
If you haven't seen this video, you should, it's pretty funny.

In the video, the rogue (spy) player is using a mod, as far as I know, it's Cosmos, from what the guild website says when people asked about it from a long time ago.
I've downloaded Cosmos before trying to get this set up, but it's always eluded me and I could never find out how they did it (The Target/Player/Group full view moving pictures/icons). I'm wondering if anyone knows how they did it or, the exact mod used to make it so?
Please help, and thanks in advance.
