Yeah a few DKs in my guild have noticed it not working as well. Hopefully the patch will fix this.

Just curious, did you know that it has a 15 minute cooldown?

It's always worked for me as advertised.

Oh I've noticed it says 15 min CD, that dosen't explain me dieing in a BG, turning into a ghoul AFTER I release my spirit (Note: I waited about 20 seconds before clicking to see if it would happen) then logging off, and the next day not having it happen at all, in most Raids it dosen't proc often maybe once a raid, I will mourn the 2% str and sta, I will love the fact that this talent is being put out of its misery though.

If you mean the 3.1 it's removing the talent entirely which @#$%es me off as I LIKE having 2% more str and stam dammit.
