5/5 shadow power gives more crit than Force of Will
5% extra damage from Misery is more damage than Improved DS
2 pts from mental agi into Imp MB, since that will be your main source of damage. especially since noone will stand within the 20 yard range you'll have on your mind flays.
lastly, i am in the opinion that shadow weaving is not very relevant in pvp. by the time it's stacked 5 times, the target is dead. i consider this a raid talent. Shadow reach & imp VE may be more relevant.
