You get somewhat better priest class spells on the dorf, the humie melee whatsitscalled one isn't particulary impressive... Dorf stoneform will be nerfed in PvP slightly though since rogue's Blind skill will no longer be considered a poison effect. Humie spirit talent is not to be sneered at though, for leveling with spirit tap it should make a big difference, and damage as well if you get improved divine spirit buffed on you.
I don't think there's a clear choice here. Both races have advantages, neither is clearly superior IMO, they're just different. The final choice has to be yours, since you're the person who will play the character...

Errr.. neither Draenei is the way to go for PVE:
Symbol of Hope
999 mana/5mins for your party
Inspiring Presence
+1% to hit for your party (12.62 hit rating)
Gift of Naaru
Mana-free 1085 heal overr time to target (Not usable in SF)
Chastise
2 sec stun, holy damage (Not usable in SF)
Chastise coupled with a heal would be a nice PVP survival mechanism and your SF will be dropped automatically when you use it (and no GCD).

Just a tad out of date now for me.. I already have a char to 23 from last time I posted in here. lol
Like I said.. already have a character in the 20s now.. don't think I wanna start over again. lol.eh. To level a new char to 20 would take less than a day if you really wanted to switch to a different race.

I do love the fixed racials for my NE Shadow Priest. Starshards = ~1600 DoT, 0 Mana, 30 sec CD! Elunes Grace = 20% reduction to being hit by Melee and Ranged attacks for 15 seconds, 3 min CD.
If your not a heavy player than I can understand not wanting to level a new character.
BTW, what race did you finally decide on?
