95% of the time i'm using this setup:
Glyph of...
...Water Mastery
...Lesser Healing Wave
...Chain Heal
Healing Wave isn't used much anyway, so it's a waste of a glyph.

Basically, depends on your role:
If you're primarily a 5-man/10-man PvE resto, your glyphs are ideal. You will be tank healing frequently in 5/10 man content, and tank healers need the LHW glyph for efficiency and the HW glyph helps take some heat off of you when raid damage is going out (Tidal Waves hasted Healing Waves are awesome).
If you're primarily a 25-man raidhealing resto, drop the Healing Wave glyph for Chain Heal or Mana Tide. Mana Tide is probably the better choice for progression raiding, just because you can heal the manapool of your entire group by 4% more (that's a lot more healing if you're in the healing group).

I use the same setup as octhellion.
LHW is good for MT healing and CH is good for raid healing.
