It depends how you like to play.
Elemental talents help you become a strong caster focusing on magical damage and hitting from range.
Enhancement talents help you become a stronger melee fighter focusing on physical attacks and close range abilities.
Both trees help you deal more damage and you'll do just fine with points in either one (or in Restoration if you want to focus on healing), different players prefer different styles and you need to see which works best for you. That's a little bit hard to do at level 10 when you still don't have access to most of the class' abilities but you can always switch later so don't worry about it too much.

which one does the most DPS? and where should i put my first talent point inside that tree.
DPS depends on your gear and the encounter you are fighting in. A nature damage immune elemental is going to be hard for an elemental shaman to kill quickly but they will bypass the armor of a heavily armored creature that might give an enhancement shaman trouble.
Personally I liked melee combat after playing a couple of ranged characters so I leveled my shaman as enhancement but I've seen other players do very well as elemental instead.
As for talents, put points in talents which improve the abilities you use the most while playing. If you play solo that means you will have different needs than if you play in a group all the time. In either case the talents which are most useful for you while leveling will be different than the end game builds we usually discuss here which are designed to maximize damage while in a raid group.
Personally I would probably start like this:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=hZhbxckxz
or
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=hZhbxckxz
but I'd be likely to change both of those around level 40 to better improve the abilities I'm using most frequently.
