I'm constantly looking for good macros when developing a new character and it's frustrating trying to sort through the macro forum on Wowhead for your class. So I thought I'd be benificial to have one for the Shammy forums. Post'em if you got 'em.
I use this one for placing totems. Cast each totem in sequence each time you press the key.
/castsequence reset=30 Strength of Earth Totem, Mana Spring Totem, Grace of Air Totem, Searing Totem, Totemic Call

Hmmm why Totemic Call at the end? Suppose you drop all 4 of your totems. You now have a little less than 5 minutes before they disappear. After 30 seconds from dropping the last totem, your macro resets back to the Strength of Earth Totem. So why not make the reset=290?
btw Grace of Air Totem got merged with the Strength of Earth Totem.

Haven't tried that specific macro out but you can try mine:
#showtooltip
/castsequence reset=6 Totem of Wrath, Mana Spring Totem, Stoneskin Totem, Grounding Totem
/castsequence reset=6 Totem of Wrath, Mana Spring Totem, Windfury Totem, Strength of Earth Totem
It helps to put #showtooltip in there so you know which spell will be cast next.
