In raids, what spell cycles to ele shammies use?

I'm personally using Flame shock (starter) --> LB --> LB --> Chain Lightning

I use flame shock as a starter so in case i crit with chain lightning i wont' have the mob run over and wtfpwn me.... anyone have any better spell cycles?

I sometimes start with flameshock, but I think that chain lightning costs WAY too much mana to be used against a single target for whatever extra damage it adds.
