well when i go duel weild i use wf on mh and flametounge on off hand to compromise the dps and critt haste . i didnt go resto after i got 40 talents in ench i did go elemental cuz elemental devistation is really good when you critt with chosck. also is elemental focus and reduce cd on chocks really good but its more of a personal thought i have :O well and put rank 3 on wf on main hand and flame on off hand for that little extra dps ....

Put the highest rank on the weapons, buy a green/blue lvl 50 slow mace/axe.
I think you can mostely repair it by taking mental quickness, it will help you level, and I would prefer going into the resto tree after maxed out the 6th tier, but that is because I want as much hit as possible.
The only thing is that it will take 10 levels to be really nice, and not being disturbed while healing is a big plus when leveling tbh.

which gives you nice +hit so overall leveling will go up and gives you a bit extra survivability, but not the mana efficient one :)
