I know you can get them doing LFR which I have a few of both and need 10 of both for the quest. My question is this, can I run the LFR multiple times to get them or do they only drop once a week like gear does?

you can run multiple . Same chance each run.
Not sure tho if you do get one from a boss that you can get another from the same boss

so running LFR more often for addiontal sigils wont work.

It would be very stupid if you could run LFR infinite times to farm them, if that was the case, LFR would be 100% mandatory for everyone (given that on normal raids bosses don't respawn)
Sigils of Power drop on the Mogu'shan Vaults (6 chances to get them every week, 1 per boss) Sigils of Wisdom drop on Heart of Fear (6 chances per week, 1 per boss)
Note that you can however, increase your chances of getting a sigil, by spending your Elder Charms. When those are used you get either gold, or loot, or a sigil. Depends on luck. However, you can only get 3 elder charms per week.

So basically if I dont get a sigil I can run as much as I need to get one but once I do then its pointless because I can only get 1 of each sigil a week correct?

Rank--I have got sigils off of my 2nd or 3rd runs through LFR - tho probably off of bosses I didnt get one from the first time . and it wasnt by using charms .

no what i meant is, bosses drop loot 1x a week on LFR for you. on the first kill you either get or dont get a sigil.
no matter how many times after that you kill the boss on LFR that week, you wont get a sigil from it.

no what i meant is, bosses drop loot 1x a week on LFR for you. on the first kill you either get or dont get a sigil.
no matter how many times after that you kill the boss on LFR that week, you wont get a sigil from it.
Again I say that this is not the case as i have gotten sigils off of bosses on my third kill for the week
