This was hot fixed about 4 weeks again. So after the hot fix, any skull bash miss will
not
interrupt the target.
I still do the interrupts on Maloriak. = P

Yeah, I have something like 4% hit, give or take, in tank gear -- similar in cat gear. Looking at it statistically and simplifying it to the point where a statistician would tell me I'm just wrong, that's 4 out of 100 interrupts that will miss. That's not very often.

The problem is that if you are on interrupt duty in an encounter you will have to interrupt a lot of times. So let's say there are 20 interrupts in the fight that you are supposed to get then you will most likely miss at least one of them.
If a missed interrupt causes a wipe (or tank death / lots of trouble for healers) this means you will wipe your raid (kill your tank / have healers yell at you) pretty much every run. Doesn't sound too great.
But Druids never were good interrupters anyway. Shamans have the by far best interrupt in the game. We have to pay energy, they get it for free (well, a minor mana cost which is completely irrelevant to the dps specs and even a healing Shaman will barely notice it), it's off the gcd too, they can use it in any spec, they can even cast it at range and it only has a 5 second (6 without talents) cooldown.

I know. Do you think I'm actually advocating an un-capped person doing crucial interrupt duty? I was just saying that if people are anecdotally reporting that they don't see missed interrupts, that's why.
