Help! i only have this one quest line left and can't figure out where to start it.
Any suggestions?

A similar question was asked recently, you might find help there. Either way, since these achievements aren't linear, it would be helpful to know a) your faction and b) what the name of the missing questline is.

I was the player stuck on that similar question referred to above and for the record the progress mentioned at the end of that thread did lead to the achievement. I had to go searching but I found the quest giver in Westwind Village. It was the Yaungol Invasion sub-section that I'd lost. If that's the same bit that's missing for you then hopefully you'll find Admiral Taylor in the same spot.
