As far as gems go I wouldn't worry about most socket bonuses. Get to uncrittable for instances and then gem for stam/avoidance as you see fit.
You're build is pretty good but I feel that Reckoning isn't really necessary and would drop that to fill out parry and get Imp Judgement. And don't worry about spell damage too much, you're weapon should carry you through in that regard.
