Hey,
So, I logged in this morning to find that I have no avatar, I need to enter a captcha to post and there is ads. Then I promptly went to check my account, which ofcourse says that premium isn't active. I'm thinking that perhaps my bank acount has run low at an unfortunate time, so that ZAM wasn't able to withdraw the 10 dollars or how much I pay each time, but this seems very unlikely (I don't keep complete track of it, but I do have a fair idea of how much I have).
Anyway, I then go to read the FAQ which mentions that:
How do I renew my Premium subscription?
Wowhead Premium is set to auto-renew by default, so you don't experience an interruption in service. You will be notified by email when this happens.
I kind of assume that I would receive a notice if ZAM wasn't able to receive their payment or something, maybe I'm wrong. But perhaps this is just an accident/bug/magic?
This also reminds me that 3 weeks or so ago, my forum avatar was removed and I had to choose it. Perhaps this is just temporary and I will be premium again by the end of this post?
Also, the last mail I got from ZAM was the 14th of February, which said:
Thank you for renewing your premium account with the ZAM Network!. We are
pleased that you have chosen to continue your support of the ZAM community.
Your membership includes premium access to the ZAM, Allakhazam, Wowhead,
and MMOUI sites.
A charge of 9.99, which is listed as ZAM Network on your billing
statement, has been made against your credit card. Your account will
renew again on 2011-05-14. If you do not wish to renew again, please be
sure to change the renewal option located on the Premium Information tab
on your user settings page.
Thank you for using the ZAM Network for your online gaming needs. If
you have any questions, please e-mail us at accounts@zam.com.
Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah I am having the same problem. My Zam.com page shows me "Premium member" with Auto-Renew: ON but the info doesn't update to wowhead even when I go to the account settings and click the update link.

Just went to check, and it's the same for me. Gonna try the update link again.
