Yes, I talked, and am continuing to do so.
i forgot what questline it was, but i was ordered by a statue to kill his dog.
i did it.
does he give you the axe or the masque if you kill the dog?

The best way of increasing Enchanting is to make iron daggers and enchant them with Petty soul gems in this way not only you are increasing your enchanting but also making a solid amount of gold as one of daggers will be worth around 800 gold and you should have no trouble making 30 or 40 of those at a time.

you need to cast soul trap and then kill the creature. Think of something really 'petty', such as a mudcrab. A person can only be trapped in a black soul gem.

you can be on all the guilds at the same time, nothing is mutually exclusive on Skyrim.
With 1 exception:
you can't join the imperials and the stormcloaks.
Joining one, will ban you from the other.
excluding those, you can be at the same time: Harbinger of the companions, Arch-mage of the College of Winterhold, Guildmaster of the Thieves guild, and Listener of the Dark Brotherhood all at the same time.

is there any sidequest in skyrim that sends you to an oblivion plane?
I know some of the daedra lord quests in oblivion could send you to scripted oblivion planes even if you had completed the main quest-line and therefore shut the gates permanently.
Its just that I wish to see how would an oblivion plane look like with Skyrim's improved graphics.

Also, it has to be the Amulet of Mara you buy in Riften, not one of the ones you can find randomly.

so, i found out how to get married.
after you finish the ghost questline. u have to talk to marmamlmaaml, once you've made the 5 gold donation to the church, you can seek out any female / male you want and marry them.
edit: benefits of having a wife is that they open up their own store, make 100 gold a day, and will BUY any item that you posess.
you dont have to go to a blacksmith to sell ur steel items
u dont have to go to a jewlere to sell ur amulets
she buys everything.
very convenient.
I might put her in whiterun, breezeholme, for convenients sake.

Console commands

To marry anyone, make a
setfriend.txt
file with this commands inside Skyrim folder:
setrelationshiprank player 4
addfac 19809 1
addfac 5c84d 1
addfac 5a1a4 1
Open console, select NPC, type "
bat setfriend
", do quest to marry said NPC, enjoy
:)
May cause errors if used on Main Quest NPCs, Khajiit/Bosmer characters.
To divorce, make a
divorce.txt
file with this commands inside Skyrim folder:
removefac 51596
player.removefac c6472
resetquest 74793
resetquest 21382
setstage 74793 10
Open console, select wife/husband, type "
bat divorce
", be free
