Looks like it could go either way.
1.2k heals, 20% crit + 5% holy + 6% HL, 75 MP5 and 11k mana
according to the 200% theory, you're a bit below par, but I don't see any big problems, although I will advise replacing most of your gear in reg/heroics first.
