If Cunning:
http://www.wowhead.com/?petcalc=cad000fhoMkAbout your Survival Spec:
- Aimed Shot is bad on Survival.
- Although neither gives you straight damage benefit to get to the T3 on Survival, Hawk Eye allows more mobility and more space for Sniper Training.
- Resourcefulness doesn't help you at all. You won't be trapping much in a raid environment.
- Although it's expensive (4 Talent points), Noxious Stings will increase your damage and shouldn't be skipped.
- You'll be critting a lot. Thus, you don't need 3/3 Expose Weakness and 5/5 Hunting Party. 2/3 and 2/5 are enough.
- Go for the Throat shouldn't be skipped. Rapid Killing isn't worth anyone's time.
About your MM spec:
- Thick Hide isn't worth it. Imp Revive Pet helps a lot, other point can go anywhere. Endurance is usually the winner there.
- Go for the Throat shouldn't be skipped. Rapid Killing isn't worth anyone's time.
- Imp Stings increases Chimera damage, get it.
- Arcane is going to be used a lot more after the Patch, so shouldn't be ignored.
- Piercing Shots isn't worth one's time.
- Marked for Death is really nice, why did you skip it?
- Focused Aim only if you are not hit cap (which you happen to be far from). Try not to depend on it though, as it doesn't go for the pet.

This is close to the best you can get for Marks
Here (for lack of a wowhead link and time)
if you are hit capped, throw the focused aim talents into wep spec and imp tracking.

respectively
-yes, imp revive pet is awesome. if your pet happens to die, you cna easily rez him. Endurace, of course, is speacking of the actual thing and not the talent (i hope)
-Having Rapid Fire on the same CD as readiness means 2 Rapid Fires every 3 mins, which is awesome.
- even if you use every arcane shot cooldown, 15% isnt that great, and those points can be better spent elsewhere (like Wild Quiver)
-Piercing Shots isnt worth its time
-didnt look like you skipped MFD
-Basically what he said
Notes on mine
-Silence Shot is becuase i PvP with my raidspec, quite successfully BTW.
-20% pet damage beats 5% hunter damage every time. get rid of IMP tracking for now, it should only be used to burn talents that cant be used anywhere else.
-didnt take Survival Instincts because its not worth the two points that it costs. better spent in MM or BM
-Wild Quiver is basically a 5% buff to your autoshots (that is, if it NEVER crits.)
-Efficiency isnt that great, certainly not worth 5 points. you have Improved AotV for that. It would be worth it if it costs maybe 3 or 2 points
-Burned a point in Imp AotM becuase i PvP, and i have a glyph that works off my dodge. you can throw that in Endurance Training, or Thick Hide if you want.
-Get hit capped ASAP, so you can throw those points into Imp Tracking
