Only Blizzard can help you, unfortunately. Keep plugging away, do everything you can to make sure you have no malware or keyloggers or viruses on your machine, and be patient with blizzard - 11 million strong and growing, you're 1 out of them, and they have a laundry list of people to get to. See several other informative threads pertaining to this subject on the forums as well (if someone else would link some that'd be great, I'm at work and don't really have the time to search)

Try to write it several times, sometimes i write to fast (typing it wrong)
