Sparkly Resource Nodes (Best I can describe it)

I've been wondering, what exactly is the difference btwn the sparkly herb/ore nodes and the non-sparkly ones?.. Like, I'll be running around, find an herb node that sparkles on the ground, then 5mins later I'll find that same type of herb, but non-sparkly. I haven't noticed any difference in what I get from them, and it's just been bothering me as to what the difference is, if there is one.

The only difference is the sparkles. Blizzard made all interactive objects sparkle randomly in 2.3 to make them easier to spot.

They only sparkle when you have Find Herbs on.

I can't really believe that because I was just staring at 2 Sungrass within visual distance of each other.. one sparkley, the other not.
I guess I'll just go with shad and assume they only got it to half-work.
