It depends on how crit heavy you are, and how much you can stand to give up the 100 mp5 from switching over to Lightning Shield. Honestly, I haven't heard anything terrific about Static Shock.

It all really comes down to your raid set up and what buffs are already being provided by other members of your raid.

If you already have someone providing the AP and haste buffs you could for something like this:

SS/Imp Shields is a nice dps boost but only if you have the points to spare and since you want to keep ghost wolf (and assuming you need to spec into UR and imp WF) you don't really have many to play with. You could move points out of a few talents like Ghost Wolf/AK/Imp Windfury and pick it up but I would recommend keeping 5/5 EF because 100% spell crit dmg bonus is nothing to turn your nose up at.

Another thing would be how well you can maintain your mana pool without having water shield up in your current gear, no mana = no pewpew.
