Spell penetration 195 for pvp?

Hi i was just wondering if anybody could give me some idea of how to get 195 SP to your stats for PVP i have all the ilvl390 gear and up and i dont see any gear offering anything with SP i mean i see and enchant for 70 but thats no where close to 195 ty

You need to gem 3 Spell Pen blue gems.
(Yes, it's dumb, I know)

The easiest way is +70 SP cloak enchant and 2x epic SP gems (63 SP each).
This is ideal for hunters since we have some blue sockets in our PvP set that we might not really like, and the cloak enchant is overitemized compared to all other options.
