I'm pretty sure that 200 mp5 I5SR is the requirement for naxx 10, but if YOU are having problems, I would recommend accomodating your gear to it, afer all it depends on your playstyle.
Your Spell Power is good, however, your crit is a bit low :(
I would say prioritise crit/int>spirit>spell power in your case, as 2050 buffed is VERY respectable.
Btw, try to get rid of that hit rating, its useless for healers.

Edit: I noticed in your build that you missed Surge Of Light (

) and picked up healing focus, which isnt as useful as it used to be, take desp prayer instead :D

The key to gearing your priest is
balancing
your stats. You don't want to just stack one of anything.
I'd agree with Patty in that your spellpower is quite high while the rest of your stats are a little lacking. Although your gear choice seems to be on the money, you might want to focus a bit more on Spirit.
If you can replace some of your gems with Int/Spirit then you'd be on the right track. Most of your other stats will come with upgrading more of your gear, and I think it won't take long for that to happen. Don't bother with re-enchanting your gloves, bracers, or weapon with spirit, it's not really worth it at this point for you to be wasting gold/mats on that right now.
I guess if you're running out of mana then you should be more conscious about playing the 5SR (5 second rule) and taking advantage of your mana regen, using mana potions, elixirs/flasks, shadowfiend, Inner Focus, etc.
There
is
a small bump at 80 when you start healing heroics, Naxx, and Archavon (albeit not as big of a bump as at 70 and Karazhan). Just take it one loot drop at a time and you will slowly get more and more mana efficient.
What glyphs are you using right now? Try the CoH glyph and the Flash Heal glyph, or anything that will help you heal better or use less mana.
