Spirit Tap and Imp Divine Spirit... 20% dmg?

So I just had a thought and would like to know if my math is correct:

Imp Divine Spirit increases spirit, plus it increase spell damage and healing by 10% of the targets spirit.

Spirit Tap increases your spirit by 100% for 15 Seconds and increases your mana regen rate by 50%.

So concerning spell damage for leveling, if you have just killed a mob that gives honor/xp, your spirit tap double your spirit. This would translate into a 20% bonus for healing or damage from Imp Divine spirit. Is there something I'm missing here or are my numbers correct?

I understand the "how do I level fastest" sentiment with shadow. I was just curious on this point for those of use who are not drawn to shadow to the point of a full shadow tree build.

The advantage of the discipline tree is that most of it's talents work for both Holy or Shadow, like Imp DS which works equally well for healing or dmg.

Thanks for feedback, I just wanted to make sure.
