Starting a Frost Death knight...

I've decided on starting a frost death knight because I simply love tanking on my warrior. I have a few questions as a soon-to-be frost death knight:
1. Can you dual wield tank efficiently? Instead of using two handers like everyone else, could I grab two tank swords and do just as swell?
2. Can frost DK's tank just as well as every other class?
3. On a scale of 1-10, how fun are frost death knights?
4. Could I level him to 80 as frost?
Thanks!

1) Remember, Dual Wielding gives you 2 severe disadvantages. You will miss 19% more attacks, and your Strike damage is cut severely because it's based on your weapon's listed damage (and you'll notice 2h weapons do more damage than a single 1h weapon).
another big DW disadvantage for tanks is you will have more opportunities to be parried. When a mob parries your attack his swing timer is reset and he gets a "free" attack on you. So more parries = more damage that you take. If you have a slow main hand and a fast offhand, in 3.6 seconds (about the average speed of most 2h weapons), you'd probably do 3 attacks dual wielding, and 1 with 2h.
The reason many people wanted to DW tank was because there was an abundance of 1h tanking weapons. We're starting to see more 2h tanking weapons on the horizon, and in 3.0.8, DK's will get a 2h-only new Rune enchant to add 25 Defense and 2% stamina.
I would suggest starting off as a 2h tank, and if you should happen to get enough gear to overcome the above problems, move to DW. I honestly wish they'd give DK's more incentive to Dual Wield, but they don't. Imagine if rogues could use 2h weapons, I guarantee you no combat rogue would dual wield when you could do sinister strikes at double the damage of their current SS. That's how I view DK's... rogues who can use 2h weapons because the bulk of single target damage comes from our instant strikes.
2) Yes. And I'm of the opinion that Unholy DK's can tank just as well as other tanks too.
3) I'm biased. Having been frost and unholy, Frost is a 6, Unholy is a 9. Frost gets the job done, but unholy is just wicked.
4) Yes. You'd probably level slower than as blood or unholy, but not too badly. I went 78-80 as frost without much issue.
