Starting Holy Alt-Spec

Get some healing addon and make yourself comfortable with it - put all spells you use either on that addon mouse shortcuts or make "mouseover" macros. I prefer Vuhdo, but you can also try Healbot, Grid/Clique or any other group frames. Pracitice healing so you dont have to think long about what spell is where - stand in a city and spam* yourself with various healing abilities. make sure yu have some targets (eg. dummy) in range you can judge at leastevery 60 seconds (preferably every judge cd).

* - by spam i mean - imagine you are trying to heal the most without going instantly oom..
Get some holy glyphs those rets arent helping. Especially seal of insight, holy shock and light of dawn.
Cant say anything about gear because you logged off in prot gear, but just try to read it, should give you a general understanding of whats going on with paladins.
