Stat Increase Question

Say I'm an Arms Warrior can get +4% Strength and Stamina from talents. Also take into account that there's a paladin buffing me with Kings which is +10% all stats. How exactly is this calculated? I've come up with 2 theories. Someone who knows the true answer please tell me which one is right if any are correct.
1) It's multiplied
Say I have 1000 Strength before talents. My +4% Talent increases my Strength to 1040. Now I have Kings on me, which increases my Strength to 1144.
2) It's additive
That +4% Talent and +10% Kings add into +14% which turns my 1000 Strength into 1140.
This was just something I was curious about for the longest time. Many thanks to the people who can confirm an answer for me.

It's multiplicative.
If you have that talent and kings 1000 strength becomes 1000*1.04*1.1=1144

ty for the quick reply. Also, would Agility increase my AP as a warrior since Agility grants Armour and Armour grants AP?

Only if you have Armored to the Teeth talent.

2(Strength * 1.04 * 1.1) + 3((Agility * 2 * 1.1)+Armor / 108) =
That's your AP with SoA, Kings, and AttT
