Create a new one and then report it requesting a sticky.

The problem with the class stickies is that they are awfully hard to moderate. We have about five active moderators, which means we are knowledgeable about no more than five classes (likely). On top of that, the Class forums rarely need moderation, so we don't pay as much attention to them as we do to the more frequently visited ones - General, Feedback, and Off-topic, for instance.
This being said, fewyn's advice is perfectly solid. If you make your own list of threads you think should be stuck, let us know, we'll review it and likely update the post.
Stickies are something we often talk about, but we haven't been able to find a relatively simple solution. I have had a few ideas, but all of them seem to take a lot of development time, which is hardly justifiable for such a small thing.

this
.
Though, I suppose like the paladin forums, this can also be managed by a user rather than a moderator.

The stickies are open for replies, corrections and discussion. Anyone can create and manage new consolidated stickies as well.
