Still downloading patch?

O.k i went to get on then it shows the patch downloading bar, so it finishes and i click to play and it now says "Downloading Update" it stays at 0% and then it switches to "Patch Required" i click restart and then it says "Unable to apply patch" whats going on?

I seem to be downloading an update as well. It's going extremely slow.
