Yeah so I was runing stockade around 10 time and all I got out of the run was a boe blue. Does this place have any bosses that drops a blue piece of armor that is BOP?

Stocks does have blue BoP, it's from a rare spawn boss.

Stockades is pretty much a waste of space. At least Horde gets drops that are useful at the level for their time running Ragefire - Stockades is an XP grind, and that's pretty much it.

Run stockades enough and you find some good twink rare drops, such as this
