a) what did you do with all the rage you had if you didnt use HS?
b) what is / was ur build?
c) youre gonna have to go down the arms tree to get impale and deep wounds anyways (well, you should anyways to get 2h wep specialization if youre going the TG way)

but yes, you are correct.. the 5% hit buff will most likely allow us to reenchant / regem / swap some of our gear.

and the new bloodsurge gaining effect from HS, WW, and BT is OUTSTANDING!

so.. a 20 % chance of instant slam on hs, ww, bt.. im using the standard rotation here of

ww - bt - bt - ww - bt with a HS every now and then depending on rage...

with 20% chance, thats approx 1 in 5 hits in a standard rotation. its not really going to be that much of a buff, as well, raid buffed with upwards of 45% crit, almost every second BT procced anyways.. throw in a HS on every second swing of the rotation (which is a bit much) and youve got a slam at pretty much the same time.

youre only going to notice a HUGE difference (in my opinion at least - not having played on ptr 3.0.8) if youre keeping HS CONSTANTLY up, meaning you have ****loads of rage.
