Strength cloak for bear tanks?

A couple of in the know friends, and and askmrrobot are telling me
Str LW Cloak
and
Hyjal Exalted Str Cloak
;
Are better than
Cloak Of Thredd
for bear tanking?
What's the professionals take on this?
I'm only tanking heroics not raids, so thought I didn't really need Stam as much as avoidance?
Are those cloaks really better?

Dunno about LW cloak, but Hyjal Exalted STR cloak is listed as better on EJ too.
Higher secondary stats, higher stamina at the cost of some crit as AP gain is effectively the same and STR cloak have more dodge than if you reforged the dps ones for it and added agi gained dodge.
LW cloak is prolly there due to (woot) socket. That makes it highest stamina cloak.
I am going for hyjal cloak as soon as i get the rep.
Stat weights were like STA > dodge > AGI > armor > STR > crit > exp > hit > mastery > haste
Cant remember.

If you're doing arenas weekly for conquest points, the epic pvp cloak is BiS prior to heroic raids.

Sorry, I made a mistake here. The cloak from Maloriak is better. But the PVP one is the best one out of those the ones available outside of raiding.
Maloriak cloak > epic PVP cloak > VP/BoE cloak > Hyjal rep cloak

Stamina is more or less irrelevant in terms of gear selection. Every piece will have the same amount of stamina regardless of armor type as any other piece in the same slot at the same item level. Gemming, maybe.
