is Strength what i need? i have like alot of attack power and stamina but it never seems to be enough...i lvled up a DK to 70 past my shaman so quickly and i find it tough to do quests as a shaman in outland. it really annoys me. HELP ME! whats the correct Stats i need to be looking for?

You DO NOT want Strength at all. All the melee/hunter stuff got what you need. Namely Agi, int, AP and to some extent Crit Rating.

At your level Agility is first priority.
Second, you seem to have skipped one of the most important Enhancement talents,
Mental Dexterity
. So Intellect becomes your second most sought after stat.
Later in the game start stacking hit rating.

History lesson, shammies used to get 2 attack power from every 1 strength, meaning it was the stat to stack. They have changed it now. Strength now has very little value and should be avoided like hunters avoid it. Pretend strength has the clap, you don't want THE CLAP now do you?

Int shoulden't be 1.1AP, since you should not have more than 3/5 AK unless you got more than about 750int.

This is what you stack.
Hit/Expertise first.
Agility/Int/Strength/Crit for the rest.

Except that no endgame shaman gear has +str on it because blizzard changed enhancement shamans so they would have the same gear itemization as hunters.

The only time a shaman could run into STR is through rings/cloaks/amulets. If there is a dps DK/Warr in the raid pass it to them as it is much more beneficial for them than it is for you, however if nobody else needs or it is a sidegrade, while being a major upgrade for you, the clap isn't too bad.
