There is nothing
with that build necessarily. But I would recommend that you take the points out of combat all together. 3% dodge isn't worth it IMO and Imp Gouge is really only useful 1v1. Overall, if you threw those points into say Vile Poisons or Imp Poisions, it would greatly benefit your Mutilate spec. (Camouflage is nice too, but thats my preference, and I don't play Mutilate.) Also, Imp Evis is essentially worthless. 15% damage is nothing when you have 9% damage boosted from Kidney Shot, you are better off popping a couple Mutilates.
Also, when 2.4 comes out, you are DEFINATELY going to want to put points in Imp Backstab (soon to be Puncturing Wounds) as it will boost the crit chance of Mutilate.
