[Suggestion]Recipes sorted by Skill Level

It's great that you can sort tradeskill spells by Skill Level required. However, I often want to find out which purchasable recipes are in a certain skill level range. Unfortunately, recipes are currently set up to be sorted by player level and item level. As far as I can tell, sorting by item level is pointless for recipes. Either you have the skill level to learn it or you don't. That being the case, it would be really nice if that item level sort could be changed to a skill level sort.
