I know what you mean. Like you are searching for something and you make a typo and the site spots your error and makes a suggestion? Like Google/Amazon, etc.
I have thought this, but I also think the licensing cost for this kind of fuzzy word match technology is probably pretty damned expensive and not really worth it just to second guess people's typos!
